Coach Sarah
Coach Sarah has been involved in coaching ever since she was 13 years old. Now a tad older and wiser.. she designed JR.Champs. to offer more than just catching and passing coaching to young New Zealanders. She felt more emphasis on developing the essential life skills and cognitive abilities was needed in order to assist parents/ guardians/ teachers with growing young children to 'Surpass the Ordinary'. Using her coaching experience she decided to bring together qualified, passionate and skilled coaches to help her grow the Minds, Muscles and Manners of the new generation.

A strong and influential member of the team. Chitty Chatty Charlie helps to educate our champs on our fundamental philosophies of 'Care, Share & Dare'.

Coach Steff
Born and raised around psychology it was no surprise that Coach Steff dived into the world of psychology while at Uni. Coach Steff has a BA. in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in it also. With extensive years of experience around young children as a nanny & child birthday party coordinator, along with her passion, study and enthusiasm for psychology, Coach Steff is excited to be a part of a team that focuses on helping young children to reach their potential.

Haddo D'Audney
'P.A'Haddo D’Audney affectionately referred to, as our PA, is our resident developmental and psychological advisor. Ensuring our coaches don’t get carried away with playing ‘Jet Planes’ Haddo oversees our programme and interactions. Haddo has an Educational Psychology background and is a trained counseller. He also has coaching qualifications and coaches business teams in high performance outcomes. He is passionate about helping to grow the futures of young New Zealanders.
